We source premium denim fabrics from certified mills, ranging from 8 oz lightweight to 14 oz heavyweight selvedge and stretch blends.

Cutting
Computer-aided cutting (CAD) ensures precision pattern matching, optimal fabric utilisation, and consistent sizing across every unit.
- Step 03
Stitching
Skilled operators on industrial sewing lines execute flat-felled seams, chain stitching, and bar-tacking to international quality standards.
- Step 04
Washing
Our in-house laundry facility handles stone, enzyme, acid, bleach, and specialty washes with strict repeatability and colour control.
- Step 05
Finishing
Hand sanding, laser distressing, whiskering, resin treatment, and crinkle effects are applied by experienced finishing technicians.

Quality Control
AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection covering measurements, stitching integrity, wash consistency, and hardware functionality.
