Polyester

High-performance polyester and recycled rPET options with moisture-wicking finishes. Ideal for sportswear and activewear lines.
Cotton-Poly Blends
160–300 GSM
Engineered blends (50/50, 60/40, 80/20) combining natural comfort with synthetic durability. Reduced shrinkage and shape retention.
Bamboo
150–240 GSM
Bamboo viscose and bamboo-cotton blends offering natural anti-bacterial properties, exceptional softness, and sustainable credentials.

Custom Fit Patterns
In-house pattern makers develop bespoke blocks from scratch or grade your existing specs. Slim, regular, oversized, and gender-inclusive fits available.
All-Over Print (AOP)
Sublimation and reactive AOP on cut-and-sew panels before assembly. Precise repeat matching and edge-to-edge coverage on any knit substrate.
Embroidery
Multi-head computerized embroidery with up to 15 thread colors. Chest logos, sleeve badges, back yoke artwork, and 3D puff embroidery.
Screen Printing
Plastisol, discharge, water-based, and foil screen printing. Up to 12-color registration with specialty inks including glow, metallic, and high-density.
Garment Dyeing
Post-construction garment dyeing for a lived-in aesthetic. Reactive, pigment, and sulfur dye options with vintage wash and enzyme treatments.
Private Label & OEM

Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source or develop the exact fabric, trims, and hardware required — presenting strike-offs and lab dips for your approval before production.
Proto & Fit Samples
First proto samples are dispatched within 10–14 working days. Revisions are incorporated until fit and construction meet your approval.
Pre-Production Sample
A final pre-production sample in production fabric and colorways is signed off before bulk cutting begins — zero surprises on delivery.
Bulk Production & QC
In-line and final AQL inspections at every critical stage. Real-time production reporting keeps you informed throughout.
Finishing & Dispatch
